Nature Will Raise Your Vibration!

Feel stuck in the same attitude all the time? Can’t seem to pull yourself out of your funk?

Could be your vibration is low. What does this mean?

Everything in our universe is nothing more than vibrating atoms and molecules, including us, our thoughts and feelings. Everything is vibrating energy...nothing is truly solid. The only reason something seems solid when we touch it is due to a difference in vibrational level. The higher the vibration the less solid something seems to be, to lower or denser energies. Our physical bodies have a measurable frequency just like radio waves.

Emotions register at different levels of vibration or frequency too….For example, feelings of depression, guilt, resentment, hate and even anxiety, measure at a very low "Hertz" level. Feelings of joy, harmony, confidence, contentment and love vibrate much higher…..

Like radio stations, you can’t be on 2 stations at the same time and although emotions can overlap, it is impossible to be on one end of the dial and the other end of the dial simultaneously.

How can you change how you feel? Raise your vibration? Raising your vibration is not as elusive as it sounds and you may have even tried it in the past, only to feel like you failed. Truth is…you didn’t fail, you just reverted into your habitual, comfortable, negative self-talk and it reset you right back to where you started. Your Body, Thoughts and Emotions have a frequency. Your brain, in an effort to conserve energy returns you to what is easy and "comfortable." 

It takes daily behaviors to retrain your brain and raise your vibration.

Raising your vibration the Easy Way…

Meditation – Sit quietly and focus on your breath, lift your mind upward to the heavens.

Hypnosis-Of course! Proven to be the most effective way to raise your vibration, increase brain function and of course facilitate change in a positive way.

Become the Observer- After focusing on your breath for a while, become the observer of your thoughts. Without judgement, observe…just notice what you are or were just thinking about. Bringing your thoughts into the light of your awareness causes them to change or even dissolve away.

Light Work-We live in a sea of light, photons and what some might call “spiritual energy.” Your mind, your thoughts and imagination are so powerful, just by thinking of white light, you draw light to your own energy field. White light is considered the combination of all the rainbow colors into one power-packed white light. I often experience the white light as a “golden” white light. This is SO powerful. Instant vibration boost.

Exercise-This alone changes your brain, releasing powerful brain chemicals of happiness, endorphins, serotonin, etc., I recommend every one of my clients add exercise, at least 30 minutes per day as part of their self-care regimen for happiness.

Getting Out in Nature-Better Yet….get out in nature. Nature is full of light and high hertz levels. Plants also have a vibration. Ever noticed smelling roses makes you feel good inside? Rose oil is one of the most expensive essential oils because it takes a huge amount of rose petals to create an ounce of oil….Roses have one of the highest "Hertz" levels on our planet….some-where around the vibration of the emotion of LOVE….no-wonder we give roses to show we care.

Gardening-While you’re out absorbing all the beautiful energies in nature….you might want to consider planting some flowers yourself….working in the dirt, nurturing flowers or even an herb garden has amazing vibrational raising effects. Even a small potted flower garden can bring great uplifting joy to your environment.

EXTRA Bonus -Studies in neuro-science, show that taking 6 deep breaths, in through your nose, out through your mouth, in a row, change the state of your brain, causing you to feel better. It doesn’t get any easier than that. Do this a few times a day…just stop what you’re doing, sit quietly with your feet on the floor and breathe. You’ll be amazed at how much more clarity you have and how much more you will accomplish in your day.
